Our History

SOS Technology Group was founded in 1996 to offer outstanding IT service to businesses. In 2005 SOSTG became a Microsoft Partner and was one of the first Newcastle based IT providers to offer fixed cost, proactive IT support and has quickly evolved to offer a complete range of IT services.

Our Present and Future

Our innovative services have evolved to include security services, web services, software applications, information systems and cloud based solutions. We have partnered with the University of Newcastle to build cutting edge algorithms, APIs and native mobile applications.

We have created two software packages specifically for the community transport and community care sectors, both supporting NDIS and CHSP reporting and programs. As well as mobile apps, and other custom software solutions for various other business sectors.

Our dedicated team currently support more than one thousand servers and workstations across Australia, ranging from small to medium businesses, all the way up to multi national corporations.
